I decided to uninstall my dvr from my Mac and use a new Shield TV. i am not sure I could be more clueless. I have a network drive - Wdmycloud - and I cannot figure out how to navigate to it to set up the storage. Can someone direct me to setup how to for idiots…lol? I have bought Channels app for Android tv and installed the server app which is running. I go to that link but I am stuck on the storage. Thank you

It is not possible to use network storage for recording from the SHIELD. Only usb drives are supported.

I bought/installed Channels app from the google play store. I removed the Channels DVR server since going back to my mac and the Channels app is gone. I tried reinstalling and it says “Unexpected Error has Occurred” and won’t install. Where did it go? Lol
It will not reinstall. I have the app on my Apple tv so how do I get a refund? Thank you for your help
