TV cannot find server post power outage

Have had Channels for about 6 months with no problems. Post power outage and iMac automatic shutdown, our TV now cannot find the server. When we go to the suggested IP address, it never connects and times out. HDHomerun seems to run on the iMac. Our account is up to date and shows the server. Have emailed support twice and no help!

Is the server running? Is the port still open? You should do some troubleshooting.
