TV Channels are mixed up

I do not know how this happened but many of our channels are mixed up / mapped to the wrong channels positions.

How could this happen and is there a way I can fix it other than going through and manually editing them all?

Could it be incorrect guide data that's causing it?

I've gone through and manually adjusted but the guide data is kind of shuffled. Some shows are appearing in the right places, some are appearing multiple times (sometimes in the right places, sometimes not). It's all a mess and this is after redownloading the guide data after adjusting the channel mapping which I still don't know how or why it got so messed up.

On the screenshot, notice how 'Ride Along 2' is appearing in the guide twice on two different channels at different lengths. And notice how 'Would I lie to you' and 'QI' are appearing on film4 and they definitely would not be being shown on that channel. I've included the actual Channel 4 (they have many channels confusingly) guide which confirms what I've noted above.

Restarted my Mac mini server and redownloaded the guide data (for about the 5th time) and now the guide is correct. Finally.

There are a few channels that I get on Freeview that do not appear in the 'Lineup'. Again, I suspect this is bad guide data that doesn't include the correct channel info.

Here are 3. I managed to find the correct channel by selecting 'other lineups' and then searching for them. Paramount just has WAAAY too many channels in the 'other lineups' section to have any hope of working out what the correct one is.
