TVE for my Mediacom account is no longer working. When I tried to watch any TVE channel I would get the message "no login form found". I went on my server to try to update the channels, and all of the channels are gone now. I deleted the source and tried to add it again, and when it tries to connect, I the no login form found message.
If you haven’t already I would recommend submitting diagnostics from the DVR web ui so the Devs will have all the details they need.
Update to prerelease by clicking the drop down next to the Check for Update button.
Thank you for the help guys. After a bit more struggling, I finally figured out that Bitdefender had updated and blocked the login page. Once I added an exception for the page, everything started working again.
Mediacom TVE was working fine up until today, 11/18/21. Not sure if any changes on there end but unable to access content, error message "no login form found". Version is current, 2021.10.25.1801. Thank you.
Please go to Help -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.
I had the same problem starting a bit over a week ago. I wound up deleting the TVE "tuner" and adding it back again. Even then, I didn't get all of the channels back. I did a full rescan and still no good. Finally the next day on a rescan, I got back the rest of my channels. I think it was a problem between Mediacom and TVE. I haven't checked in the last day or two if everything was still good.
Thank you Eric. Investigating further, seems there was a DNS issues with the previous QNAP firmware. Simply installed the newest firmware, issue is now resolved.
