Yeah ITV is a tricky one. It used to work fine for me and now I can only watch it live through the app. BBC and Four work perfectly but ITV always gives me a 403 error.

Can't you just use any DVB-S tuner, such as a WinTV unit, and that have this output m3u streams that channels can use?
TVHeadend should do it and give you an m3u to feed into channels.
