I have channels DVR setup on Fire TV. But I notice the web version has more channels in the guide than the guide on my TV. The guide in Channels I mean. Why doesn't the guide match?
How is your client guide set up? All, Favorites, HD, etc. check the sources on the client for hidden channels
If it’s setup as Favorites, only stations favorited will appear

Yeah, that fact has bit me a few times before I caught on to what was going on. Thought I lost a whole lot of channels, YET, it was just somehow set to "Favorites".

I have it on "All". I finally fixed it. After doing a channel rescan on the web version. I then went to channels on my Fire TV and deleted the channels app. Re-installed it and then the guide the channels that it didn't have before.
I realize firetv may be different than android but i don't think the androidtv app automatically refreshes custom sources.. I sometimes have to force stop the app and relaunch and then it grabs the current channels.
