TV Recording Causes App to Quit

I submitted a diagnostic log through the iOS app - cca5e539-dc86-43c2-b2d0-0f1c859e87f9. Specific recordings (from specific TVE Channels) is causing the Channels app to immediately quit upon attempting to play in iOS, TV OS and iPadOS. These recordings will play on the web interface, as well as the Testflight beta apps. Has anyone else seen this / know of a workaround. Only real issue is my wife right now is not a beta tester, so she is unable to watch certain shows on her iPad.

You can install v4.5.8 from the App Store which has the same fix as the TestFlight
