TVE Audio Sync Issue

Hello. I'm having an audio sync issue with a Comcast TVE channel, since yesterday. I'm on the current beta and I've updated the server version to the latest 2020:12:12:1933.

This occurs when watching live or recorded content from this channel. Streaming the channel from my desktop computer works fine.

Channel 6051 CNBC.

On which client device are you getting the issue?

On an Apple TV 4th generation; current OS. Everything else seems fine, though I haven't gone through every channel.

Sometime in the last week I also started having a problem with audio sync on the FTV4K, playing Pluto channels (never had a sync problem at all in the past). I often just have the TV on just for 'background' noise, and the sync problem appears to get worse the longer it plays. Had it on the same channel for a 3-4 hours, and it ended up being out of sync for what looked like a couple of seconds.

I've currently rolled back to a 2020.12.10 build as a test and I haven't seen it re-occur.

Thanks, John. How do I go about rolling back the server version? I don't think I've done that before. I'd like to give it a try. To the developer's credit, I rarely run into issues.

We're back in sync again, oddly enough. I've no idea.

Ive found that I need to reboot all 5 of my firetv 4k devices every week or so to fix the video/audio sync issue. it happens with both Channels and PlutoTV. But netflix and amazon video are fine. dunno wtf.
