I might be over thinking this but when I looked at the pro and con lists of using a cable card vs TVE I thought to my self “I wonder what would happen if I did both”.
I believe that Spectrum offers TVE with the basic package. So I am wondering if I can get a cable card which allows me to get my locals, but then used TVE for all the other channels would that work? Has anyone tried something like this? I do currently have an antenna for locals but the location of the towers would mean I need two antennas. So I am trying to think outside of the box.
