TVE channel from Optimum (not Optimum TV)

I have set up the channels DVR using a different tv provider and would like to add channel 12 from optimum to the guide and streams.

This channel is available to all optimum customers, even those without a tv package.

When I try to log in to the optimum tv on the TVE settings on the server, it says (correctly) that I am not a customer. However, there is no option to log in just as as an optimum customer.

When you go to Connecticut - Watch Live it has the option to log in through optimum, optimum.tv, and Verizon fios.

I have just started out, so I guess I would have to use the "Chrome Capture for Channels" to manually add in those streams for now?

News 12 doesn't work with channels (DRM) so yeah you'll have to pipe that in with CC4C

I don't think the plus counterpart has DRM

I can't figure out how to find a url to just the video however. My best guess is Live Video but it doesn't load in a new window. (Edit: Now it does, who knows)

Can anyone help me figure out a way to add it as a custom channel? I am not sure if the server hardware I am using is powerfull enough to run CC4C.

Edit 2: Have it working on using my laptop for CC4C and it almost works. Seems like it my laptop is just a little underpowered to stream a single tab though, so looks like I will have to find or build a new computer to run it.
