I'm having an issue where a number of channels from Hulu are failing to scan in and there are errors in the log which look like this:

I noticed that the troubleshooter will say that Chrome is corrupt, so I click the button to fix it and then re-run and it says it's fixed, but as soon as I do another scan, then I get these errors and I get that Chrome is corrupt again. I tried rebooting (raspberry pi using the std image approach) and running the troubleshooter and then the scan and it's reproducible every time. I checked for updates but everything is up to date.
How do I resolve this so these channels are scanning in, like AMC, BBC America, HGTV, AHC, Discovery, Science, Destination America.
