I just added my mom onto my DVR as a remote user. She has either a 1st gen or 2nd gen FireTV (the flat square one). She was able to login just fine and can see all of my local channels, but none of the TVE channels are showing. Is that because the FireTV model she has is too old? She can see the TVE channels on her Fire tablet.
Probably has TVE source unchecked in Settings tab of the app.
