TVE Freezing or Reverting Back to Guide

Hi,

I am getting the following error after a TVE channel freezes or reverts back to guide when watching live TV.

Does "A device which does not exist was specified." mean that my external HD is loosing connection to the PC or is this something else?

Channels ( Version: 2021.12.30.0125) is setup on a Windows 10 PC dedicated to Channels and Plex. I have a USB 3 HD dedicated to Channels for everything. TVE is through Uverse and Hulu.

Yea something weird is going on with your G drive.

What kind of drive is it? Does it have its own power supply?

Thanks for the quick response.

Its an external Samsung T5 1TB SSD. I have it plugged into the back of the computer directly, no hub.

I submitted the log file incase there might be something else helpful: 3699b650-e344-4bcd-8b05-4afe6e65caa6
