Can we add the ability to see the TVE locals by zip code?

I'm subscribed to FuboTV and they have a home zip code entry location. Right now my locals spread from Los Angeles to Chicago and then New York. It would be nice to be able to have all the locals from the same city. There are other troubleshooting posts that show locals are not always being set to the location of the viewer.

If that isn't possible then can the geolocation be tuned a little bit more so that locals are not spread out to different localities and instead they all are from the same location.

(As an aside, is there any documentation on how the locals are being determined?)

Local streams come from the following sites:

nbc.com/live
fox.com/live
www.cbs.com/live-tv/stream/tveverywhere/
abc.com/watch-live

We don't have a list of stations by zip code. The software goes to each site above and plays the stream available. Each site uses a different mechanism for location.

If you're getting a different stream than what's on those websites, that's a bug and you'll need to contact support.

When I enable the locals via TVE, I do not get ABC although the link in your post shows my local station (KTUL). Is there something else I am supposed to do to get that channel?

Have you updated to the latest prerelease version of Channels DVR server?
If yes and you can watch your local station live in a browser at http://abc.com/watch-live
then submit diagnostics from the dvr web UI.

I posted and then dug around a little. I found that when I edit the Manage Lineup for that provider, I get the following...

abcgo: 1039:This station's live stream is not available through your TV Provider.

So I think this means I am just out of luck. But to answer your other question, I am on the latest pre-release build. Thank you for your help!!
