...then, after a few seconds, the video starts playing again at hyper speed until it catches up to the audio. i only started noticing this on 2022.01.01.2223 and have only noticed it on the TVE locals so far (although that is overwhelmingly the majority of what i watch, so it's possible that it's happening on other channels too and i just haven't watched enough to see it).
This was fixed in yesterday's build.
