TVE No longer works on any channels

Used to work fine, but then stopped across all channels. Using the Spectrum app or other channel specific apps on Apple TV works fine as well. “No login form found” errors on many channels or get “The Channels DVR Server had a problem. Press play to try again. (Transcoder)” for attempts to watch channels like CSPAN.

All of the various suggested troubleshooting options that I am aware of have been attempted. Troubleshooting itself yields all green checks. nbc.com/live shows without issue once authenticated. Rescanning channels shows checks for most of them (a few indicate the no login form status). I have done update password as well. Nothing seems to get things back on track.

Currently on 2023.06.16.2040 and have sent logs (91949e67-83ac-4272-9c5f-27a68dee0862).

Any assistance would be appreciated!

Try updating to latest prerelease.
Here are some other things to try, like rescanning the individual channels with errors.

What OS are you running Channels DVR Server on?
What is your chrome version?

I had updated to the latest a few days ago, but apparently there is a new version so have just updated to 2023.06.21.1328.

Ran through all of those, including the rescanning. I am not getting errors on all channels in the settings area, but am getting errors on all channels regardless when trying to actually watch them - including the "no login form found" error for channels where that does not show up after rescanning.

Running it on MacOS 13.4.1. Chrome is 114.0.5735.133.

Same issues present post-update to latest pre-release.

strange something weird going on in chrome here

can you visit cspan's website in chrome incognito yourself and login/watch?

Just tried that using Chrome w/ incognito - 114.0.5735.133 (Official Build) (arm64) and no issues after logging in w/ Spectrum credentials.

Solution: Firewall was blocking *.adobe.com for Google Chrome Helper and that was leading to these issues.

SUGGESTION RE: TROUBLESHOOTING (/admin/troubleshooting): Check to ensure that key TVE domains are accessible vis-à-vis Chrome, as there could be domain specific (or beyond) blocking for Chrome and not for Channels.
