Hi, I tested on the latest stable and got the login form error, and then changed to the nightly and received a similar error. I verified the username and password on their site as well.

Submit Diagnostics if the latest version is not working
My guess is it was a temporary issue on the FIOS side. I tried it again last week and it worked fine. Thank you!
