TVE on Raspi OS Lite (Headless)

I am planning on migrating my Channels Server from a 10 year old Intel Ubuntu machine to a Pi4b which runs some home automation. The Pi4b is running the official 64bit Raspi OS Lite image and I was wondering how I should authenticate TVE once I complete the migration. Do I need to enable a GUI on the Pi, can I login from another machine within my local network, or is there an alternative way?

I have a DVR server running on the official lite OS on a Pi4. My server is in a container running under Podman with hardware transcoding, and I have no problems with TVE, either.

There is no need to have a desktop running; you can handle all management from SSH, through Channels' own web UI, or even something like Cockpit or Webmin.
