I’ve moved to a new computer and had to do a fresh install of everything. That said, I haven’t yet installed Google Chrome, yet all of my TVE channels seem to be working. I know Chrome has always been a requirement for Channels and TVE, has something changed? FYI, I’m using an M2 Mac Mini…
Chrome will be used when Channels DVR needs to authenticate a TVE channel using your provider.
Run the Channels DVR web UI Support > Troubleshooting and see what it says about Chrome.
Yeah, I spoke too soon. As soon as I tried to tune local ABC, CBS, etc. I got the message that Chrome must be installed…
