TVE - Server doesn't record TCM (Turner Classic Movies)

I have a weird problem; the server won't record anything from TCM but I can watch it on my Fire TV Cube but I can't watch it on my PC using the web player. The recording error message I get is Failed: could not stream on channels={6039]: TVE: Cable provider authentication failed.

I can watch TCM on their website using my FIOS credentials without a problem.

I rescanned my TVE channels and TCM had a check mark indicating that it would work.

Sometimes it takes my Fire TV Cube client 30 seconds before it tunes in. Just tried my iPhone and it tuned in an about 5 seconds.

Any ideas how to fix the recording problem?

Is FIOS the only TVE Provider source on your DVR?
If not it may be using another provider to record.

What does the DVR log show when you try to watch the channel live from the grid guide in the DVR web UI?
