TVE Sources Duplicate (but different) Channels

So everything has been fine for a long time....years even with my two TVE sources (YouTube and DISH).

Oddly today things got a little strange and I think I know why but not sure how to solve it. It seems the local channels have duplicate channel numbers BUT on each source it's a different broadcast.

Note how they are exactly opposites? My question really is there a way to force new channel numbers for the two sources so both are recognized but not "duplicated"? I actually always thought different sources generated different channel numbers but maybe I was mistaken.

This is a new one o me for sure but it's definitely causing some issues, but at least I can see what could be the issue now...took me more than a minute for my eyes to notice it LOL.

For now I disabled DISH to see if I can get the right streams on YTTV, but like I said this is an interesting one.

I've wondered why we the developers left out the ability to specify a starting channel for TVE. That would solve you issue.

For sure. It’s just strange these seemed to use the same channel number for years until about yesterday so they were fine essentially. Removing dish solves it but still would be nice to have both sources active again as I do that just in case one isn’t available at the time.

Have you tried toggling locals off and then back on?

Actually no I can try that. With them both enabled? Or with one disabled?

Well dang that is interesting...after toggling it on and off the channel number align again...

Thanks for that at least now I know! First time I have ever seen that mis-alignment but yeah it made streams very wrong. LOL
