Two Streams on TVE Site, Only One in Channels

This is a general question. There are certain TVE sites that have two streams, I assume 1 East coast and 1 West coast stream. But Channels seems to only show one of the streams. Example TCM.

Is it intended behavior to only use one of the streams, or do other people see multiple streams for the same channel?

I see two streams as well. Looks like a West Coast / East Coast feed. If you only want one or the other, you can mark it hidden in the Tuner settings for TVE.

Only TCM east is available in Channels because we don't have guide data for the west coast feed

There are some exceptions in the 'FREE' channels (like Adult Swim) that don't have guide data, otherwise...
AND IF your provider offers TVE login to the stream.
Some may give you access to only the EAST or WEST version of a stream, where others give you both.

Is there a way to delay the guide data by the three hours difference between the East and west coasts, allowing the west coast feed to be added to Channels as well?
