Two Tuners Losing Guide Info

I have an HDHomeRun Connect 4k (HDHR5-4K) with an OTA antenna, I also have an HDHomeRun Extend with a different OTA antenna. They are approximately 30 feet apart facing different directions.

I run Channels DVR (7.0.1) on my Synology NAS with everything hardwired.

My issue is with both tuners enabled I lose my guide information on all my channels. My guide info is there for the first 2 or 3 hours (on the guide) but after that I lose the information (see screen shot below).

My Lineup Order is by Channel Number and my Stack Duplicates is By Guide Data. I have tried different settings without any change.

If I disable The HDHR5-4K and leave the HDHomeRun Extend enabled, I lose all guide information, for all time slots.

If I disable the HDHomeRun Extend and leave the HDHR5-4K enabled, I get all my guide information as far out as it goes.

Maybe this setup is not possible but I was hoping to get some different channels with one OTA antenna facing north and the other OTA facing south.

What you want should work fine. Did you add zip codes for guide data under sources, manage? Make sure to use a zip code from where the channels are coming from on each hdhr.

Thanks for the suggestion but that did not seem to help any.

The funny (sad) part of this is the HDHomerun app has no problem with showing the entire guide with both tuners selected.

Thanks again!

Go into manage, manage lineup, click the pencil or plus button and assign the correct guide data to each channel.

Not sure I understand that suggestion. When I go to the pencil for editing all I get is this:

Looks like you have guide data assigned correctly. Next I would suggest web ui, support, troubleshooting, make sure you get all green checkmarks, then submit diagnostics and email support with the issue and the alphanumeric number it gives you. Hopefully the devs can help find the issue.

Do not enable the extend tuner . Use it via its M3U endpoint - http://HDHR_IP/lineup.m3u and custom channels.
