Hi, I’ve noticed that I’m only getting approximately 10 days guide data in the U.K., is this expected? I thought the guide data would be 2 weeks, 14 days.
Maybe it was still downloading?
I don’t think so, the log file shows that the guide data had finished downloading around 4:25 am.
Seems to be mainly the 5 he channels that have no guide data beyond 8 days. I’ll check again tomorrow.
Just checked guide data this morning, it seems like large sections of guide data are unavailable from 31st May onwards?
I am seeing lots of "to be announced" from Monday 29th May

I see, “To Be Announced” is different than missing data. This probably means our guide data provider is working on some updates. I will check with them if it’s not fixed in a couple days.

I’m not sure if it’s related, but for the last 2-3 days or so I’ve been having trouble downloading guide data. There are lots of gaps, and sometimes re-downloading helps, sometimes not. Here is a log clip from this morning:

Yes I have also started having this issue again over the last few days. I can try to post logs from mine when I get home again if useful.
I’ve just subscribed to the DVR feature and I’m seeing this issue too. Some areas of the Guide are blank (it doesn’t even say “to be announced”). Also, re-downloading the data fixed some gaps but also introduced others and I lost the channel logos for some channels.
EDIT: Also, I’ve noticed that when selecting the Guide Data Provider, I only get the option of “Freeview - Reigate”. This isn’t the correct transmitter for me. It should be “Freeview - Crystal Palace” or something similar, but that isn’t an option. The result is that some channels don’t map correctly.
If you enter an invalid zip code like “123”, it should list all the Freeview transmitters.
Hmm, in your log I see the guide downloaded around 9am. Is it happening around 9-11am every day? I thought I had changed UK guide data to download between 4-6am instead…

Mine fetched at 0454 this morning. No obvious errors in the log (copied below) but a cursory glance through the guide shows some issues. E.g. BBC 1 channel entirely missing from the guide for tomorrow.

[/quote] It’s automatically downloading between 4 and 5 AM as usual, but there have been significant gaps in the data for the past 2-3 days. The log I posted was from a manual download I started this morning to see if it would fill in the missing data, but as you can see there were still a lot of data missing. I tried another download around 4 PM this afternoon, and that time the data was pretty much complete. I’m not sure what’s changed in the past couple days.
