How can I get channels-dvr to auto start on ubuntu boot up.
I don't have a monitor hooked to the pc server to login when I boot up ubuntu.
Channels-DVR should auto start on Ubuntu. The install creates a service that runs automatically. No action needed.
The service should be located here:
/etc/systemd/system/channels-dvr.service
Did you install it via sudo, meaning system-wide? Or just as your user?
If as a system-wide service, then
sudo systemctl enable --now channels-dvr
will start the server, and start it again upon every reboot.
