UK TV guide messed up

Channels is "fed" from a HDHomeRun device which is reporting all the UK TV guide information correctly. But, Channels assigns some of the TV guide data to the wrong channels.

I have tried Plex on the same tuner(s) and the TV guide is correct. The problem is purely associated with Channels.

On the server, go to settings, sources and select manage line up on the HDHR and map the channels to the right ones

I have tried that, but it doesn't map correctly.
