UK user, setup pass for two shows, not scheduled

Hi guys,

Looking for a little help if possible. I have setup two shows on pass to record new episodes. The DVR software is a brand new install, the shows are showing nothing scheduled even though they are showing in the guide tomorrow.

The two shows, for my wife are coronation Street and neighbors.

Can anyone help me with this please.

Does the web UI guide show them marked as "New"?

@tmm1 It shows new episodes yes. And they are new episodes due tomorrow...

I may have answered that wrong. In the actual guide through web UI there is nothing showing in the listing box, if that's what you mean...

I'm not sure what's going on but you can either set the pass to All or click in from the Guide and select Record.

Thanks for that, all won't work though correctly will it as I'll end up with 5 recordings shown that day where I only need one. And if I set record through guide I'll have to do it for every episode, again that defeats the purpose of pass (series record) doesn't it.

Can you share some screenshots of the pass, the new episodes in the guide, and the upcoming schedule where nothing is showing? Any errors in the DVR web ui log?

I fixed this by selecting all episodes and having to manually enter to record channel 103 only. Not sure if that's right way but seems to work.
