Unable to access some, not all , TVE channels

I am getting the below error on some, not all, TVE channels. I have reset the Channels server (turned it off and on), have rescanned Spectrum channels, and have also updated Chrome. The example below is USA. I cannot watch is on iOS, ATV, and the web interface.

Any ideas?

Is this perhaps a limitation of Spectrum?

Click rescan channels option next to your TVE source, then scroll down to the channels not working and click rescan next to them.

Interesting. I just did that and even though it was showing as a station I could use, once I rescanned, it shows: ""unavailable in current location".

For some other channels, I am seeing: 403 You've exceeded the maximum number of streaming sessions. To watch this program, sign out of one of your other sessions, and try again.: stream limit reached.

Is there anything I can do with this latter error?

This is specific to Spectrum. When adding Spectrum credentials for TVE, you will need to wait 24-48 hours and manually rescan the channels that errored out. While there is a limit when authenticating to get the initial streams, in practice/use, it is doubtful that the stream limit will be an issue after the first scan.

Okay, so the key is not to continue to rescan since that would reset this 24-48 hour period?

Correct. Generally, the best route is to selectively rescan only the problematic stream; with Spectrum credentials this is essential because a full rescan will always result in stream limit errors.
