Unable to add DirecTV Stream as a source

Installed Channels on Synology 415 Play DSM 7.1.1 (latest)

Updated channels to latest build.

When I try to add DirecTV Stream as a source for a channel lineup, I get this following error: chrome failed to start: ./chromedp-shell: line 4: /var/packages/ChannelsDVR/target/channels-dvr/data/chromedp-chroot/proot: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error ./chromedp-shell: line 4: /var/packages/ChannelsDVR/target/channels-dvr/data/chromedp-chroot/proot: Success

All the google in the world isn't helping. I have no "guide" / channel lineup.

I updated the Channels server to the latest, rebooted and tried again. NADA

As a side note, how does one add things like Pluto and other "free" TV over internet to channels?

I don't believe that model has a processor that supports TVE.

(The DS415+ and DS415play look like they might, but the DS415—if it existed—is old enough that it has been scrubbed from their support site. From what I remember of models of the X15 generation, the base model was a barebones Marvell ARM processor, and the +/play models were low-end Intel Atom processors.)

It's a 415Play... hmmmm Where is the list of supported models? I can't seem to locate it.

TVE support requires NAS with Intel Celeron 64-bit CPU

Thank you all for the replies. The lack of power in my Synology DS415 Play was the culprit. Once I put a headless Mac Mini on the case Channels DVR came right up to its full potential!
