Docker: chrome failed to start

When I try to add TVE as a new source with my Xfinity login I get this error in the DVR web UI:

##### chrome failed to start: ./chromedp-shell: exec: line 20: /channels-dvr/data/chromedp-chroot/headless-shell/headless-shell: not found

I couldn't find this specific error in the forums, but I did see similar looking things and the response tended to be it was an unsupported environment (ex: Shield). Is running as a Docker container also unsupported?

You have to use the fancybits/channels-dvr:tve container

I had the same problem yesterday. Try it from your NAS instead your browser

Ah, I must have missed that step. Out of curiosity, what's the difference between the "tve" and "latest" tags?

The TVE container is 400mb and contains Google Chrome.

Whoa! Sounds like you're automating Chrome to get the TVE streams... random "fun" fact: I was one of the original developers of Selenium, which I'm betting you definitely are not using here. :stuck_out_tongue:

Cool! I've used selenium before.
