Unable to create Advanced Pass using Web Interface

I'm new to Channels DVR and I'm trying to create an advanced pass to record all instances of NFL Football that feature the Pittsburgh Steelers. From my understanding, I can set something like title CONTAINS Football and eventTitle CONTAINS Steelers. This helpfully reports that this matches 1 airing in the future. Great! Let's create the advanced pass! But the problem is, there's no button to create the pass At least not from what I can see - just a button to remove the pass. The problem persists in the latest versions of Chrome and Safari. I'm running Channels DVR 2017.11.03.0006 on a Synology DS918+,

Any hints? It could just be a UX issue that I'm missing here.

Go to the search tab to search for Steelers, then create a Team Pass from there.

Neat. That works well enough for a workaround as all my advanced passes were going to be for sportsball. Thanks!

Further edification on Advanced Passes:

You must have one of the conditions be an equal to (=) to be able to save (i.e., see the save option)

Awesome! That’s good to know if I need to create future advanced passes. Seems a little odd to have the requirement, but once I put a Title == NFL Football the “Save Rule” button popped right up. Thanks!
