Unable to disable “Include in Up Next” and “Detect Commercials” for a show

Using the web interface, unchecking one of the two options seems to automatically check the other one.

For context, I have a pass to record the Today Show and like to watch the first 20-30 minutes of the program for the news recap. I don’t want those recordings to appear in Up Next since I pretty much watch and delete them every morning, and I don’t need my DVR to do commercial detection because I stop watching before the first commercials.

Doesn’t seem browser dependent for me. Chrome and Safari on macOS, Safari on iOS.

I’m still seeing this bug in all browsers for macOS and Windows. Additionally, I’ve found that changing “newest first” to “oldest first” and vice-versa triggers “Include in Up Next” to be checked again when it was previously unchecked.
