I am having difficulty scheduling or starting a recording of a source other than my pay TV provider that’s logged into the Channels DVR server. My antenna plugged into my HDHomerun populates channels in the guide but when I press and hold the remote to bring up the recording screen, nothing happens. When I try this with the channels I get through my directv subscription, it works fine. How do I enable recording on both sources so I can record my local broadcast content and not only the DirecTV content.
I have a friend with a similar setup in a different location that is experiencing the same issue. We both have: HDHomerun Prime, Channels for AppleTV 4K, paid subscriber to Channels DVR, CAT5e connecting all devices, able to record pay tv content loaded into guide but not OTA content loaded into guide.
