When attempting to login (using Google) to our DVR remotely on my wife’s phone, we get the error below. She is logged in to both her Google account and mine on the phone. Any advice?
Are you trying to login via the Google button or the user/pass? Maybe just enter your email instead and ask for a sign in link
I was using the Google button which I always use. I didn’t realize I could use the user/pass so I’ll try that.
No luck. Using the sign in link does sign me into the forum, but then the login screen reappears after going back to the app and attempting to connect away from home.
The simplest fix would be to set a password on your account by using the forgot password link.
