Unable to play some recordings on Web Player - Windows 10

I have recordings that don’t play in the web player that play fine on iOS and AppleTV. I have audio, but a black screen. I have tried several different settings.

below is an ABC show that played fine and a CW show that didn’t.

Email me a sample recording and I will take a look.

ok, the problem is Edge. its working in Chrome. would be nice if this could work in Edge, because i get a new profile all the time for testing and i keep forgetting to switch the default from Edge.

I took a short recording tonight.

Playback in EDGE should work in the latest DVR pre-release.

Like a champ, thanks!
