Unable to remote stream

I am unable to remote stream from iPhone. Get the following error in the logs and from iOS is keeps getting a time out error and on the PC looking at the logs I see this over and over.

Does my.channelsdvr.net load in safari ?

Yes it does. I just tried it again and it’s working. Before I was getting time out errors from the app, or error code 3. I believe before it was trying to authorize via MS Edge Browser. Could that have been the issue?
