Unable to reorder recording priorities on ATV 3.2.26.
I’m also encountering this on 9.17.2259.
What version of tvOS? What happens when you try to reorder?

It will allow me to select the recording that I want to reorder but when I try to move it up or down - nothing.
I have been getting the same thing for several weeks. I can no longer "manage priority" correctly under DVR >> "Your Passes". I can still select the show, but I can no longer shift them up or down in the list. I am using the latest Apple TV version 3.2.28. And, my tvOS version is 13.0 on the 4K hardware.
I’m on tvOS 13.2 and Channels DVR version 3.2.33 and am also was unable to reorder recording priority under Your Passes. I select Manage Priority and then select a pass. I have managed to reorder but the process is not intuitive and cumbersome to operate. It’s difficult to “drag” the selected item. One moment I’m able to drag and item then the next it’s as if I have to click where I want it to go. How is this supposed to work?
It seems that only a single item can be reordered and then the Atv needs to be rebooted after each change. Reordering using the app on iPad works.
Looks like there were changes in tvOS 13 that broke this feature.
