Unable to restart my Windows PC because the Channels DVR recording engine is busy... but it's not

I have two Windows updates that are pending restart but when I click on restart, Windows reports that the Channels DVR recording engine is busy. That's not what I'm seeing.

It's 10:31 AM now. Last entry in the log:

Next scheduled recording:

Of course, I have the option to "Restart anyway" but is there a risk of screwing up anything with Channels?

You can always go to the Hidden Icons in your system tray, right-click on the channels icon, and select "Exit".
