For the last several months, shake to mute hasn’t worked. We’ve updated the Apple TV, updated the app, and nothing works. Any thoughts?
Is Shake to Mute enabled on the Settings tab?
Yes, checked that after each update to make sure it was enabled. Also turned it off and back on with no change.
