Last two days been unable to connect remotely, and cannot access the server remotely -all I get is a spinning wheel. I'm out of town so I have no idea what is happening with the server. I did click on a speed test link from another comment and it did connect to my home server (I recognized the address...) with a speed of 19mbs.
Please submit diagnostics from your device and let us know when you've done it so we can check things out.
Can't do diagnostics as I can't get to that screen. Hangs at "your dvr is not set up" with the address to access the server that will not load. As mentioned speed test from server does work.
Is this on iOS or Android? Can you kill the app and restart it?
What happens when you go to https://my.channelsdvr.net/ ?
