How do I un-delete an accidentally deleted show. I was cleaning up my AGT folder and deleted last weeks show. Any help would be appreciated!

There is no undelete feature.

Did you delete it out of the folder directly? Or via the Channels app?
If you deleted the file it should still be in your Recycle Bin on your OS.
From the channels app, looked in my trash first!
