To use Channels do you have to run a server on your computer like with Plex or do you really only have to have the tuner (HD Homerun), antenna, and the Apple TV app?
The Channels app itself talks to the HDHR tuner directly and no computer is required.
For Channels DVR you would need a PC/NAS with storage so it can save recordings

Also, IIRC, one can use a Shield Pro or a Shield (16gb) with attached or mounted storage.
