Unexpected duplicate recordings

This past week I've had a few duplicate episode recordings for passes that I have set to "New episodes", the second airing is on a different channel hours apart (e.g. last night 9PM and subsequent airing at 2AM). Normally Channels does a perfect job of not recording duplicates, in the UK for example we have HD and SD equivalent channels, and often another channel that's repeated with an hour delay, only the HD recording is scheduled and the SD/delayed airing is ignored.

What's potentially different about this is that it's happening at a completely different time on a different channel. I'm unsure if this is a scheduling change that's highlighted a bug, or if there's a recent regression in the DVR.

That's interesting. I had the same thing happen over the weekend with the Packer football game - it recorded on the local affiliate via OTA HDHR and also recorded simultaneously on ESPN TVE. I had decided it must have been another family member that manually selected the same program to record on a different channel, and when the system asked them to adopt the padding for the favorite they approved. Now you have me wondering if it's the same as your issue.

This happened again last night, the duplicate recording happened 2 hours later.
