If they support Docker you'll be able to run the DVR in a container. Otherwise, no.

UNAS does not include a real compute module.
They are storage devices only. They're designed specifically for storage only and you mount them to a computer. Installing and running software on them is not something Unifi designed them for or has plans to do.
