Uninstall Channels

I've encountered all sort of problems with my laptop after installing Channels DVR on it, the biggest being the disabling of the laptop's ethernet adaptor via a ip address conflict. After installing Channels I successfully recorded a TV event and a movie onto the laptop's HD as a test of how the recordings would look. Then I setup a backup program to MOVE the recordings from the local HD to a much bigger network folder. But I discovered that the backup software also accidentally MOVED some of Channels DVR's operating files. Afterwards I lost the ethernet port and access to the network drive. I can't figure out where the problem is and now want to just start over by removing all the remaining files from the laptop and reinstall Channels on the Mini Computer I bought just to host it. Windows Uninstall utility does not list Channels as an option to uninstall.

Any suggestions?

If I recall correctly, if you launch the installer with Channels DVR already installed you get a menu and one of the choices is to uninstall.

What if the user doesn't have the exact installer that was used to install Channels initially?
