Univision, Unimas, Galavision neu: 400 Bad Request

I’ve been receiving an error the past few days for Univision, Unimas, and Galavision that states neu: 400 Bad Request. I’ve updated to the latest prerelease and currently running 2021.10.26.1544. I’ve gone into my Spectrum source and attempted to rescan those channels multiple times but I always get the same results.

I submitted diagnostics earlier this morning, but thought maybe someone here would have an idea or solution. I also verified that I can watch all 3 channels via tv.Univision.com with my Spectrum TV provider sign in.

Wondering if anyone knows what the Neu: Bad Request error means? I haven’t heard anything from the diagnostics I’ve submitted and continue to update and rescan but it’s always the same error. I didn’t see many posts when searching Neu:400 Bad Request so I’m not sure what that error means. Thanks for any insight anyone may be able to provide!

Thank you for working on the fix for this! I updated to the latest prerelease 2021.10.29.2303 and am now getting this message for all 3 channels when I attempt a rescan…

I restarted the DVR and tried to rescan, as well as restarting the computer that is running the DVR and rescanned, but got the same error. I also logged in to make sure I could continue to watch the streams online. If there’s anything I should try to do or any information I can provide please let me know. Thanks so much for the help

Yeah, now it’s back to the neu: 400 Bad Request error. I just updated to 2021.11.01.0011 and rescanned and got that error on all 3 channels.

Just wondering if there’s been any update on what might be causing the issue and if there’s a fix available. Thanks!

I was having some other problems with channels, so I deleted the provider and re-added back and now everything is working perfect. I have no idea why I didn’t think to try this earlier.
