Unknown error with TVE on Hallmark

I am getting the following error when I try to watch either of the Hallmark channels through TV Everywhere using my Channels DVR Server and I don't know what it means (or what to do about it). The other TV Everywhere channels work normally.

"get: https://crownmediaingest.akamaized.net/..." I don't know if there is more to it or not, that is all I can see on the screen.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? I use Philo for my TVE source.

Please press-and-hold on the Check For Updates button in the Settings page of your DVR. We have fixed this in the latest DVR pre-release.

on my apple tv i do not see a check for update in the settings.
where would it be?

Thanks, I downloaded and installed the 2020.10.31.1923 release update.

I still get the error message
get: https://crownmediaingest.akamaized.net/hls/live/567796/...

Any ideas?

Click pencil icon under TVE
Click Edit at top right
Scroll down to hallmark
Click rescan next to it

Thanks, I finally got around to doing the update and after the rescan of the channels, it worked.

Thanks for fixing this so quickly. When i saw a problem i looked here and there it is! Hallmark Drama now authenticates too
