I recognize that what I'm running isn't nearly typical, and SOOOOOO appreciate your help. This community is so great. I just thought that if I'm on .14 and I want to change my instance to .15 there would be minimal issues.
For what it's worth I think you're barking up the right tree with my docker config.
For the webUI this is the default - http://[IP]:[PORT:8089]
When I change the IP I'm wondering if I have to make a change here as well.
Nope, that's just part of how Unraid redirects you to the application when you click 'WebUI', it doesn't do anything to the docker container itself. That won't be your issue.
Yeah I can't really recreate this easily 
, but you might get better help on the Unraid forums since I know there's a few over there that run similar to how you're set up. I think it's just a mixture of bridging on the Proxmox and then Unraid networking stacked on that so it's probably in either proxmox networking or Unraid Networking/Docker settings that will be the answer.
Yea, just a guess because the webui is what goes awry when I change the addy.
It seems like something in the channels config does not change with the address.
