This has been happening randomly for some time, Apple TV 4K ...
Not sure what we’re pushing when it happens but we’re either in fast forward or rewind and when we hit play the fast forward or rewind does not stop and won’t stop until it gets to either end of the buffer/recording. Even then it won’t let you stop it, instead we have to exit the app, close it down, and restart
Is this some keystroke combination we are inadvertently doing or a bug ?

Siri for me. I have experienced this a few times. I think it happens when you click rewind a few times.

This also happens to me with Apple TV remote and also when I use Logitech remote on Apple TV
Just happened again about 15-20 minutes ago, I submitted diagnostics within about 5 minutes of it happening, maybe there is a clue there if it shows exactly what set of touchpad presses occurred in what sequence, etc
