Unwatched Local Content (TV Shows) being deleted

Hi all!

I'm hitting an issue where a lot of unwatched shows are being deleted even tho I have Keep All as a default on my Recordings and Passes in Settings.

And I say Local Content as I am running an MCE Buddy process to convert the show to mkv and compress it.

I am beyond angry right now . . . but I need to figure this out so that I can stop it from happening again.

I've checked a few of the specific passes that this has happened too and I see they are set to Keep All.

I might have run low on space . . . would Channels start deleting the oldest on a Local Content Library?

That's not where the recordings take place - they take place on a local hard drive and then are processed and moved to a NAS.

I do run a prune daily
Invoke-WebRequest -Method Put http://127.0.0.1:8089/dvr/pruner/deleted

But that's so that I can clean up the dupe'd recording since the original Channels recording no longer exists.

Thanks all for the assistance!

Eric

Please submit diagnostics from the DVR and list a few of the shows that were deleted.

Ummm . . . ok let's maybe either lock of delete this . . . looking at my nas from my local desktop I see the files . . . Remote Deskop'd into my Channels server and looking at the nas I didn't see the files . . .

All I can think is that I didn't scroll to the bottom and I had some type of sort on - maybe size?

but yeah sorry and I'm happy to report that the files DO still exist.

And it was a couple of seasons worth of shows - I just must have been flipping between directories and not scrolling all the way or looking at file count.
